The Timber Cove Pool was designed to commemorate NASA’s Mercury Program in 1963. The shape of the pool is fashioned after the Mercury capsule. The cost of the pool, without the clubhouse, was $17,316.00.

The Timber Cove Recreation Assocation (TCRA) pool is run solely by volunteers. It is not subsidized by the Timber Cove Civic Club in any way. All funding is from membership dues or donations, there are no general payments or fees from the neighborhood. It is a wonderful amenity in our neighborhood.
